INGREDIENTS
- corozo concentrate (or pulp)
- Greek yogurt
- granola
- mango
- honey
- bee pollen
PREPARATION
- Peel and dice (or slice) the mango.
- Spread a thick layer of Greek yogurt in the bottom of a bowl and make a hole in the center.
- Place the corozo concentrate (or pulp) in the center of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola over half the yogurt.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle bee pollen over the entire dish.
- Arrange the mango pieces in the other half of the yogurt.
