Copoazu Cheesecake

This dessert will give you a little taste of the Amazon.   • copoazú concentrate (or pulp)
  • chocolate-chip cookies
  • Greek yogurt
  • ricotta cheese
  • sugar (optional)
  • uchuvas (or blueberries or raspberries)
  • chocolate chips


  1. Crumble a cookie in the bottom of a large glass.
  2. Pour copoazú concentrate (or pulp) over the crumbled cookie.
  3. Mix yogurt, ricotta, and a small amount of sugar in a bowl.
  4. Pour a layer of the yogurt-ricotta mix over the crumbled cookie.
  5. Add some more copoazú.
  6. Repeat the process, in layers, until the glass is filled.
  7. Top off with sliced uchuvas (or blueberries or raspberries), chocolate chips, and a little more copoazú.
