Acai Mushrooms

When the rich flavors of orellana, portobello, and button mushrooms soak in acaí, they give life to this special preparation. This is a quick and easy recipe to make at home.   • acaí concentrate
  • butter
  • orellana mushrooms
  • portobello mushrooms
  • button mushrooms
  • brown sugar
  • ground pepper
  • red wine


  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Add the orellana, portobello, and button mushrooms and cook over medium heat.
  3. When the mushrooms begin to release their juices, add a generous amount of acaí concentrate.
  4. As the mushrooms juices simmer, add brown sugar and ground pepper to balance the flavors.
  5. Add more acaí concentrate, to taste.
  6. Finally, add a small amount of red wine to moisten the dish and then let it simmer a few minutes to concentrate the flavors.
  7. Ready to eat! Perfect acaí mushrooms as your main dish or a side plate.
