INGREDIENTS
- acaí concentrate
- butter
- orellana mushrooms
- portobello mushrooms
- button mushrooms
- brown sugar
- ground pepper
- red wine
PREPARATION
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Add the orellana, portobello, and button mushrooms and cook over medium heat.
- When the mushrooms begin to release their juices, add a generous amount of acaí concentrate.
- As the mushrooms juices simmer, add brown sugar and ground pepper to balance the flavors.
- Add more acaí concentrate, to taste.
- Finally, add a small amount of red wine to moisten the dish and then let it simmer a few minutes to concentrate the flavors.
- Ready to eat! Perfect acaí mushrooms as your main dish or a side plate.
